Learn to Mediate with CRCSTL

Mediator Skills Development

CRCSTL is excited to offer ongoing educational opportunities for new and experienced mediators. Guided by professional mediators, these workshops and seminars explore the skills needed to excel in the mediation field.

Sessions are hosted online throughout the year.

Advance registration is required.

Basic Mediator Training

Twice a year, CRCSTL offers Basic Civil Mediation Training (Rule 17). This training covers the fundamentals of mediation and its relationship to the legal field/court system. During our training, new and experienced participants have the opportunity to learn about the step-by-step process of mediation. For more information on our upcoming sessions, click here.

Student-Led Peer Mediation

CRCSTL is proud to partner with local schools to implement its Student-Led Peer Mediation Program (SLPM). SLPM is a process where trained students act as neutral mediators. Students in conflict work with a trained student mediator to uncover the root causes of their disputes and together decide on fair ways of resolving conflict.
